Pathfinder Adventure Paths ( First Edition Ruleset) Pathfinder Adventure Paths ( Second Edition Ruleset) Beginning with the adventure paths released for the Pathfinder Second Edition ruleset, the adventure paths were changed to consistently take the players fully from levels 1 to 20. Each volume consists of one segment of a six-part series of adventures linked by a constant story arc and theme, as well as support articles on the Pathfinder campaign setting, new monsters, and serialized fiction in the ongoing Pathfinder's Journal. Whichever team reaches 150 points first wins.Pathfinder Adventure Path is a 96-page, monthly adventure publication. The more players of the same team are in the hill, the quicker the points go up. The objective is basically the same, except now the hills are square and much larger. It has a 50% chance of coming first, but can appear later on. King of the Hill only appears in whilst playing Team Objective.
If members of both teams are in the hill at any one time, the zone is neutral. The longer they can hold the hill, the more the score goes up, and the more team players in the hill at a time, the quicker the capture is completed. When players are in the hill, the zone will become under their control if they can hold out long enough. Yellow shows neutral, green shows that the zone has been captured, while red shows that the opposing team has captured the zone. The color of the circle changes depending on its status. The hill is represented as a glowing circle with a flame in the middle. In order to reach the capture score players must capture a zone within the map, called a hill.
